1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information solely to identify your account and provide the service.

We also collect log data that you send to Moonwatch through our SDK and ingestion APIs. This data is stored in your workspace and is only accessible to workspace members.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Moonwatch service
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Store and process log data on your behalf
  • Send important service-related notifications

3. Data Storage and Retention

Log data is stored with a 90-day retention period by default. You can configure auto-eviction settings per workspace. When data is deleted, it is permanently removed from our systems.

Account information is retained for as long as your account is active.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information or log data with third parties. Your log data is only accessible to members of your workspace based on their assigned roles.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), API key authentication, and role-based access controls.

6. Your Rights

You can:

  • Access your log data at any time
  • Delete your workspace and all associated data
  • Request deletion of your account by contacting us
